        Overall

        The designs were great. They sent the boyfriend of an employee to install our tile. The lines were crooked in the doorway transitions and there was uneven and cracked tile pieces. We asked how to fix it and the designer said she would ask her dad. No response. I asked for fix it advice on social media and the designer contacted me saying she would contact me the next day to send an installer out to fix it. One afain, no response. We spent thousands of dollars (everything was retail price there too). Next time we will do better research. Buyer beware.
