I felt like I was having a diverticulitis flare up so went in after 2 days of not getting better. It was my first time there and was amazed at how professional and well equipped they are. It is like a compact emergency room except the staff truly cares about you. They were extremely thorough and concluded I had passed a kidney stone. Urgent Care facilities beat emergency room visits hands down. Far less wait time to be seen. I broke two bones (leg and foot) and within less than two hours had been x-rayed, fitted with a boot, provided medication, and out the door on my way home to recuperate. An emergency room visit would have taken far longer time to be seen.

I've never had better car in my life everyone there is friendly and wants to make sure you leave pain free without a hassle thanks so much for the car you guys are giving

We got there and before we know it we were called to see a doctor. It was done so fast that we were there less than hour. The staff was nice from beginning to end. Highly recommend!!!

We've visited TAUC several times over the past year (at the Wentzville location). We happened to be in the area and my younger son needed to be seen, so I naturally thought of you!

The staff and Dr. were very professional they diagnosed my problem, treated me and I was in and out in no time.

The wait times are always almost nonexistent, the staff is compassionate and caring, and the medical expertise is top notch. I wanted to especially recognize Amber the EMT that did my initial history, vital signs, etc. She was so kind and I felt like she was truly invested in making sure that I felt better! You couldn't have found a better employee

Total Access is Excellent! #1 in caring for your over all health concerns. They really listen to their patients, ask question very thural. Everything there ex-ray to C-Scan, everything! The people there are amazing! If I didn't like my regular Doctor I'd go there for everything!

From walking in the front door and out again, FANTASTIC! All employees had off the charts soft skills. They made me feel important. Everyone I saw made eye contact, smiled & greeted me like I was the only one there. Best of all, they got me in & out super fast and extreanly satisfied. I thought it was wonderful they are a one stop shop, including prescriptions! The only issue was cost of the prescriptions. They don't use insurance scrip coverage. I will definitely go there when I need to! Thanks to all the staff, YOU ROCK!

Went in for stitches (decided cutting hair wasn't as fun as cutting my finger off that day) and I was seen immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and I was helped quickly and efficiently. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a medical center!

What a great team of medical professionals! Everyone that assisted with my care really took the time to listen and address my concerns. I was able to have ct scan right on site, have read by radiologist and then report available for follow up care. Much less expensive and more efficient than trip to ER! Highly recommend!!

I would recommend Total Access Urgent Care to anyone. Even though it was Christmas day and there were a number of patients ahead of me, my needs were handled as soon as possible. The entire staff was courteous, caring, helpful and professional.

Friendly, caring and positive energy environment. Everyone I encountered from check in to check out was amazing; and Andrew went above and beyond in how he listened and responded. One of the Best experiences I've ever had when it comes to healthcare care. And they filled my prescriptions on site. If you have a reason to visit... this the place to be.

Feeling my worse everyone there made my experience very fast, thrall, & pleasant. Everyone was nice & very caring!

I had to return to the clinic four days after my very first visit due to worsening symptoms. Just like my first visit, everyone was friendly and professional. I love how I can pick up medications right in the office. Fortunately my problem has since resolved!

I am a returning patient. It is always quick and easy. Today I came in and was able to blood work and CT scan that was needed all in one place. So quick and convenient. Very glad they are in my neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone!
