Chesterfield Taxi & Car Service

I was concerned after reading reviews for St Louis taxi companies that I would encounter difficulties in getting to the airport. Chesterfield Taxi and Car Service had a better percentage of good reviews, so I opted for them. I had no difficulty making an online reservation at 800 for an 11 AM cab. I went outside about ten minutes early and the driver was already there! Then, after I confirmed it was my cab (the name on the door simply read, 'Car Service' and I was confused), the driver promptly retrieved my suitcase and placed it in the trunk. The cab was immaculate and the driver, though polite, was not chatty. He drove the most direct route and in a calm and controlled fashion. The tab from the Central West End to the airport was $30. I was very pleased; should I need a cab in St Louis again, I will definitely choose Chesterfield again.

Who ever answered the phone could have been just a little more human and less like an evil jack a$$. Don't do business here! Put me on hold for quite a while, and proceeded to yell at me after my inital statement of "I need someone picked up". Dude needs to have a lesson in customer service. I understand that people have issues and are not "customer service" people, but geez he took it to a whole new level.

I would highly Recommend this service to all my contacts. They were very professional, had very clean cars and the prices were very reasonable. The Drivers are always so friendly and are never late. I would highly recommend this service to all my contacts and will continue to use them for all my car service needs.

I was very happy with the service I got taking this taxi from my place to the airport at

4:30 am. I was worried that at such an hour he might not show and then what would I do, but no worries, he was there early and was unfazed he had to wait a few minutes for me. The dispatcher was very helpful and made sure she understood that I needed the car so early in the morning. I would use this service again, without a doubt.

I typically judge my riding taxi on the initial set up of a ride and i was delighted to be greeted by such an vibrant and pleasant customer care representative so early in the morning. The taxi was seemingly brand new and smooth, and the driver was also kind. It really felt like i was driving with someone i knew... I'd recommend them to anyone

I have been using Chesterfield car service for the past several years. They are always prompt and friendly. I often use the service to take me to the airport; they drop me off at the terminal which saves time from having to park my car in one of the garages and taking a shuttle. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cars as well.

I have been using Chesterfield Taxi and Car Service for the last 2 years. The cars are ALWAYS on time and very clean. And the drivers are very polite. As a business traveler, I've been in many different cabs and town cars all over the country and I wish they were all like this Car Service. I also using Car Service when I'm in town and don't want to drive and again, nothing but the best service!

I disagree..I have been using Chesterfield Taxi for the past year and the drivers have always been on time and nothing but nice. I have used other companies and none compare to this one. I'd wait a few moments on hold, because the service is that great.

A good taxi at a reasonable price who's driver won't overcharge or take you the long way. I found the drivers to be friendly so try them out and don't forget the tip.

I took this taxi from the airport. It was my first time in CA and was a litlle nervous of missing anything as we drove. The driver was very nice and got me to my distination fast. A very pleasant first experience.
