They lost thousands of dollars via certified bank check, I kept asking to tract it because the person I sent it to did not receive it. They kept saying it was delivered and I kept asking to where, and they kept saying that they would call me back and never did. This went on for a week, still the money is gone, I had to cancel the check and pay the guy again until the 90 stop payment is done. Worthless incompetent place, use Fedex.

Horrible Service in the post office not enough assistance from teller. Management unhelpful and lack customer service techniques. Carrier deliver my mail to a neighbor.. I receive my neighbors mail. This post office need reform ASAP

The postal delivery workers are lazy, they would not deliver packages and when you track the delivery it says attempted delivery note left with instructions and this is a lie. If it happens once I can under but almost weekly it's ridiculous especially when your paying extra for express delivery. It's so unfair.

Terrible! I've lived in St. Albans all my life. i dread this place. Some days in the winter we get no mail at all! The line are always very long . very hot in the summer waiting. Clerks are over worked! Lobby area very dirty

THIS POST OFFICE HAS TO HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER MAIL DELIVERY COMES @ 5 PM AND BY THEN THE DAY IS ALMOST OVER
