        Yesterday (5/30/11) I had the most pleasant shopping experience that I can recall. I am a technologically-challenged 71 year old who wanted to order a Photo Mug. A young gentleman named Zammael assisted me every step of the way and did not make me feel like an idiot in the process! He is a treasure, and Walgreen's needs to do whatever it takes to keep this treasure of an employee. I hope that the manager of the 250 Florin Road, Sacto. 95831 store receives this e-mail and commends Zammael!
