Dish Network

Dish has to be the WORST company to work with. Evidently, Amazon contracts with them for their TV mounting. The guy was at least an hour late, didn't know our order, and left a huge mess. To top it off, he upsold new, longer HDMI cables. I bought two and by the end of the night, the wires on both cables had come loose, leaving metal in my TV, exposed wires, and preventing me from watching anything. I called Dish that night to try to fix the problem. They said that we had to go through Amazon, even though we bought the Dish cables (that even have their label on them) through Dish. I continued to try to work with them but eventually broke down and bought new cables. Now they are saying I have to wait 10 days to make sure they got the broken cables and call them back so I can get my refund. It continually comes down to the fact that I don't have Dish as my TV provider. I asked the guy if I could drop off the cables but they don't have an office. I asked, since they refuse to send out a technician to pick up their defective product, if I could meet one of their people and give them the cables so I can get my money but they said no. So, I asked them to give me an overnight label so I could get their cables to them sooner and my money back but that isn't possible either. They continually say that if they were my TV provider they could do more but I'm not a Dish customer because I only bought a product from them. Worst customer service ever! They are completely incompetent and refuse to even attempt to make things palatable. I have no faith in their ability to do anything right. I highly suggest people do not buy anything or have any services provided by them and I highly suggest companies do not work with them or have them represent their brand or deal with their customers in any way.
