Sketchy and dishonest. Had many issues with this dealer in the four months (yes only four months) that I owned the car I purchased from them. At first glance everything seemed right... the salesman Zac was very helpful and nice, the car I bought was priced "appropriately" for blue book value, and they gave me over blue book value on my trade in however that's where the good ended. One day after I drove my car off their lot the check engine light came on. I took it in and they reluctantly did a shotty fix (even though the vehicle was still under their "warranty". replaced the spark plugs, reset the engine codes and sent me on my way. Less than a week later the vehicle broke down completely and the owner of village refused to help or take the vehicle back in for repairs. The vehicle had a blown head gasket and cracked head.Lots of money and little time later I found that the dealer had also lied about the towing capability and towing package on the car. As equipped my vehicle could only tow 3500 lbs instead of the 5000 lbs told to me by multiple salesmen at the dealership. This is a big deal when you purchase your vehicle with the intent on towing a camper/travel trailer. The final blow came when I took the vehicle in for a trade in appraisal and another dealer informed me that the vehicle had been in a major front end collision at some point which was repaired and not reported to carfax (the carfax on the purchased vehicle showed no accidents). In inconspicuous spots on the frame there were new/extra welds from a poor repair job from the collision. It was at this point that I cut my losses and got rid of this car before having to sink more money into it. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealer BRING AN OUTSIDE MECHANIC to look at it first or just go to a more honest reputable dealership so you don't suffer the same fate I did.

Way Over Priced

I never in my life experienced such horrible customer service at a dealership. Originally, when I was looking for a car I stopped by this place to get quotes (as any normal person would.) The prices at this place are so inflated that it's a joke. I bought my car at another Chrysler Dealership and got a better rate. Joann, who is a manager over at this place sent out an e-mail "Offer" about a new car...thinking it might be something I was interested I called them up to see if they would work with me on a price. Dennis was extremely rude, and told me that X amount was the price and you can take it or leave it attitude. I was appalled. On top of that, the manager Joann had the guts to e-mail me back...? And tell me that I, the customer was rude for objecting to Price...WHAT? < let me tell you, I was shocked that a Manager of a Dealership would do that...Obviously, No one is going in to that place if she has time to write me a nasty e-mail...? Great Job Joann! No wonder Chrysler is in the predicament it's in.
