Roslindale I've had a few bad experiences but not aby the staff,last night at 8:50pm I walked into staples with my dog the manager said NO NO DOGS! There wasn't a customer in the store. I said I just want a printer and ink. He was so rude saying get out . It was 13degrees out and I said I can"t leave her out its too cold. He just said no. I would have done in 5 min and spent $200. My dog is well behaved ,on a leash, the sweetest blk lab. Certain circumstances should make rules flexable. You lost my business

I don't know where to start from. The person that I dealt with is not tech savvy at all, and the store manager is blunt and rude.



I went there to purchase an internal serial pci card, and the gentleman that I dealt with told me that they have it on the phone, and when I go there and asked him about it, he was so confused and didn't even know what's an internal serial pci card, I even did draw i to him on a piece of a paper! So I suggested to him to google it to see what's I'm asking for. And then, I hear the store manager yelling at me: “hey you, stop using this computer". He was so disrespectful and rude. I told him that I was trying to show a picture of the product that I'm seeking, but he refused to listen and bluntly replied: “we don't have such thing". Then, I asked him to cool down, and no need to be yelling and disrespectful. He got even madder and told me: “if you don't like the way I walk, leave". I told him that he's a disgrace to such company, and left.
