The overpowering stench of KFC and watermelon was unbareable. I was also very afriad of being robbed those monkeys are so unpredictable

The most horrifying experience of my life. It's disgusting inside & out. The parking lot is constantly full of garbage & smells like a dump. Don't even have to go into the store to see you don't want to bring your business there.

This store is horrible!

Drive the extra few miles and shop at a different Wal-Mart!! Customer service is terrible! I had to call the store while I was in it to get ahold of the manager to come help in layaway after the employee called overhead 3 times already and they still didn't come back there! Horrible experience!!

HOLY SMOKES...THAT'S 1 STAR TO...

HOLY SMOKES...THAT'S 1 STAR TOOOOO MANY



I ENTERED THE STORE AND FIRST NOTICED GARBAGE CANS AT FRONT OVERFLOWING WITH Trash...and dirty looking oldl man checking receipts for outbound customers...no baskets Were available so went to the service desk ( i should say LACK OF service desk) where i met the smelly fat women running the desk(WHOM WAS WAY TOO BUSY TALKING TO HER FRIEND TO HELP THEN who suggested i need to get my own basket from outside;;;;the store is just nasty everyway around ..employees that don't do there job and act as if it is a bother to help you...discussed by the service desk employee attitude I asked to speak to the Store Manager Whom took 15 minutes to come to the service desk....and dared to tell me how hard his employees are working...I took him Yea I BET THEY they work as hard as you who took 15 minutes TO ADDRESS A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT.. I Told him what i was told when i asked about the baskets ..he basically called me a lair and that his employees wouldn't talk to customers in that way ...I then told him he needed to go review the tapes ...which he refused



PISSED that even the manager is STUPID as his employees...GRABBED MY TWO ITEMS I NEEDED...and made my way to the check-out counter..only .3 registers open with at the very least 15-17 people in each line blocking the aisle as always slow as a snail would cross the finish line before I was able to check ...



The store is better known as the Detroit 8 MILE Wal-Mart...as i find out from my friends whom have long known of the major problems with this store...WHICH LEADS ME HERE TO COMPLAIN AS TALKING TO THE MANAGER WAS AS USEFUL AS BANGING MY HEAD ON THE WALL



THE ROSEVILLE WAL-MART @ 12 MILE AND GRATIOT IS THE WORST WAL-MART I HAVE EVER ENTERED IN MY WHOLE LIVE... I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN UNTIL THEY CLEAN -UP THAT pig sty STORE AND FIRED THE MANAGER ..because employees follow what the manager lead

WHITE FOLKS NOT WELCOME



That is the sign Walmart should hang at the entrance of their Roseville store at 12 Mile and Gratiot.



I went there tonight to return an item. I walked through the door and headed to the return line. I arrived at the end of the line as this black woman was arriving right behind me.



She tried to cut in front of me but I cut her off. There were at least 5 people ahead of me and it would be impossible for anyone servicing other customers to observe what took place.



As I was about to approach the counter the woman started an argument with me as to who was in line first. I proceeded to tell her that you are not next and you will wait your turn.



Well, as if this should come as any surprise to anyone, three employees working behind the return counter were black. The black female behind the counter tells the black lady she is next. To which I respond no she's not, I am. She then says she saw the black customer was in line before I even got in line, which was a BS lie!!!



She then starts an argument with me to which I respond don't start your racist BS with me. Then the next thing I know I am being called a racists for saying that.



Bottom line this store is a racist store. The black racist employee that saw nothing is as big as a racists as the woman that figured because the store was full of blacks that a white person wasn't going to stand up for themselves. Well news flash, I'm taking this to Walmart Corporate, and let them review the video in the store and see who was in line first and what black racist lied for another black racist because that's how some black Walmart employees conduct themselves. They let the black inmates run the racist asylum.



WORD OF WARNING, IF YOU ARE WHITE AND GOING INTO THAT GHETTO OF A WALMART IN ROSEVILLE, BE PREPARED FOR THE IGNORANT BLACK RACISTS WALMART EMPLOYEES.



To add a footnote to this recent experience tonight. Not all the black employee's there are racists. They have some excellent black employees. But there are more black racists employed there then outstanding black employees.



I am going back to the store in the morning to confront Eugene, the store manager, and provide him a copy of this statement. I will also inform him that I am contacting Walmart Customer Service on Saturday and their corporate offices on Monday. I will ask Walmart to pull the video tape and review the portion that took place at the entrance and area of their returns counter and ask them to have the black employee explain how she saw who was in line first when she was busy running her mouth and talking instead of doing her job. No wonder it takes so long to get through these lines. Too bad she doesn’t do less talking and more work.

Don't Bother Calling This Store

You'll sit there on hold forEVER. I didn't want to hang up because I didn't want to 'lose my place.' After about a half hour I just forced myself to hang up. When I called again, I was on hold with dead-air for many minutes again. Could they at least play Christmas music? So, I called back and asked for a manager. Twenty minutes after the transfer -- still nobody. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager AGAIN. This time she said, "Ok, but we're really busy." I'm glad business is going so well for them, but they won't have MY business anymore. Stores need to start valuing customers and their time if they want us to spend money during these difficult economic times.

this walmart is terriable... they could careless how many people are standing in line.and It ALWAYS feels like anyone who works there thinks they are doing a huge favor by letting you shop there.... it has not always been that bad, but keeps getting worse.

There was a portly male pharmacist with gray hair who I believe should NOT be a pharmacy manager. I've gotten better customer service at my neighborhood Burger King. I waited a half an hour for the phone to be answered in the morning.

Avoid like the plague

Cheap chinese made junk. Horrid service and you WILL stand in line for at least 25 minutes waiting to checkout because they only have 2 registers open at any one time. Even with 30 or 40 people standing in line at each register the store will not open any more.
