Who doesn't love Michaels?!?! Great customer service. I can always find someone to help when I'm having trouble finding something.

Always can find what I'm looking for. Holiday decor is always cute. With coupons and text/email discounts, everything is on sale.

I used to visit this location a lot, but had a long break based on being un-crafty. This place revived me and has beautiful decor choices! Just wish the holiday line wasn't so awful.

I go here 2-3 times a week. Everything I need is always in stock and neatly organized. Good prices and quality.

This store has an awesome selection of every craft you could be into. Unfortunately the customer service has never been all that great.

It's a great store to spend too much money in. Only thing I wish is they had stuff for jewelry stamping.

Not a soul on site to help. I asked the cashier and he called for someone. After Waitinng 10 minutes, still no none. Total bummer

I love this store. They have an amazing selection and will take the time to really help you find what you need and offer suggestions. For a school project, they offered a few different way to handle the project with a variety of cost options. Staff was great!

Crafts and craft supplies. Can find what you need. Always have coupons too but the checkout line is never fast.

I love michaels when I have time to browse around! I did today! I was not able to access their coupons for some reason. However, I saved a ton of money between their great sales and competitor coupons!

This is a great place to shop for all your arts and crafts needs. Plus your party supplies. They also have a wide variety of frames.

I can usually count on Michaels to have what I need, with the exception of "letters". They never seem to have the exact letter I need for a craft. I recently got a picture framed and the staff helped me find a coupon and get the best price.

I love Michaels, I could spend hours in Michaels just walking up and down the aisles, however the service at this store is not good... IF you can find someone to help you, you usually feel like you are bothering them in asking a question.
On a positive note, the store offers great classes that I highly recommend.

One of my go to places for crafts. They have a huge selection of items, and I usually can find what I need. They always have online coupons, too. I only wish they had more staff on the floor to help you locate items.

Lots of selection and easy to get down aisle, full of great ideas for art projects and decorations for your house.

Great store here, you can find anything that you like for decorations with flowers, and hobbies like scrapbooking, and kids projects. The store has good return policy, takes all different coupons. They also have a bathroom in the end of the store, and picture framing as well there. They have discounts for teachers too and military. Great costumer service and management too.

Good selection. Great location. Not a fan of the coupon policy. I tend to shop elsewhere because of it.

I know nothing about sewing or crafting and when my wife wants something or needs something I know I can go here and tell them what she wants. This is a big deal for me. If I don't have their knowledge to glean from I have to take the time figure out the exact need that she has and understand the different products. I love that they save time for me.
