Over the years, we have purchased two different recliners: one for our living room and one for my husband's home office. We LOVE both! They are attractive and the quality of workmanship is second to none. Today, we visited the same store on N. Sunrise to purchase a new sofa. The friendly personnel took the time to hear and answer every question. And we happily made our purchase because we know we can count on good quality at an affordable price. We trust them.

Great selection, quality products, not pushy

The service was superior as Agnos is one of the best sales representatives we have ever encountered. Very personable, fully informed and dedicated to making our visit a successful experience for us as prospective buyers. A very lower selection rating is due to the low covid related inventory available for delivery.

Due to supply chain/availability issues, it took a while to decide on what we wanted while keeping a reasonable delivery date, but we received great service through the whole process. Our representative was able to show many different options and was a great help to our decision making.

For a year I reviewed recliners and finally decided the one for me. Almost ordered online and then remembered the issue with this recliner that is high-dollar-uncomfortable . . . and went in to the La-Z-Boy on Sunrise. Beautiful furnishings, well displayed yet sort of overwhelming because I failed to bring the recliner style name that I was sure was the ONE for me. One chair looked very much like it and I sat down. Hmmm, not feeling it really so it must be the wrong one. Stood up and my back issue sharply revealed that was not even close to the right chair. Sat in a nice looking recliner and it was great. Grandchildren were active, three of them trying out chairs, when Justin pleasantly inquired, "Could I assist you?" Great timing, sincere tone and polite presence - I would have left the store without looking further. Justin proved to be an excellent asset to the store and certainly was assistive to me. I was happy to purchase the right chair on a sale with a faster delivery than thought. Justin was patient with my end table search, picky as I was, and later was prompt in helping me to cancel the end table that would not fit my small space. Wonderful experience due to a excellent salesperson, and the right piece of furniture due to Justin's service. Thank you for a great experience.

It was very easy! Great selection of styles & fabrics. Salesman was knowledgeable but not overbearing. Made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

We haven’t received are new recliners yet - just ordered them today . They seemed very comfortable to sit in at showroom . The sales lady that helped us was very patient pleasant .Showed use all our options available . Our Dog Chiquita wasn’t with us to help pick them out but I know she will be overwhelmed when they arrive .I know she will give it a four paws up

So far so good! We couldn’t have been treated any better! We were helped by Nat who led us to Nicole to help with our design! We’re very excited to receive all our new furniture! The shopping and design experience was the best we’ve ever had!

I have really enjoyed my shopping experience at Lazy Boy. My salesman Bryan Wittrup was both knowledgeable, fun to work with and not high pressure. Then, when I went to place my order with Bryan, I also had the pleasure of working with Tais Kasperdon, one of their design experts who made my decisions easy. It was a very enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to get all our family room all come together.

They have the best sofa chairs . It has lasted quite a number of years and its the go to chair at the end of the day. We recently when in shopping for new sofas but the quote was almost $8000 for the latest and greatest sofa thus the 4 stars. I have loved our sofa chair but I can't see myself paying that much for a whole set of their top of the line sofas.

About 4 years ago, I purchased a reclining sofa and my husband purchased a recliner. We had a patient salesperson and she let us shop around without being followed for about 30 minutes. Approached her when we were ready to purchase. Our items have held up and still look like the day I bought them. Good service and excellent furniture.

A relative told us about the inflatable mattresses for hide-a-bed couches that are carried by La-Z-Boy. Even though we made it clear to the sales person that all we wanted was that relatively inexpensive item, we were still treated like a valued customer. The delivery personnel were prompt and professional.
