        Overall

        I took my 2008 VW Jetta in for an oil change. When changing the filter they left the plastic pipe out that belongs inside the filter. By doing this the filter collapsed and I lost oil pressure. Another shop fixed it and when I took the bill for repairs ( $175.00) and they refused to pay for it. I've been going there for 5 years which didn't make a difference. They have lost a good customer. 12/18/2014
