Dennis Ratliff, the owner, dropped everything and immediately rescued my wife after a catastrophic blow-out. Treated us with old timey respect, courtesy, and kindness. Showed up 20 minutes earlier than he thought he could. Pricing was fair and honest. Excellent and continuing communication. He even refused to take a well-earned tip. Simply outstanding. I highly recommend this company to everyone, without reservation.

This is a very professional and friendly establishment. I have a break down while traveling thru Rome, GA. I call and they dispatched a tow truck and sent one their employees back to pick up my family since there was only room in the tow truck for one passenger. I was back on the road in approximately two hours. I would highly recommend Ratliff Service Center to everyone.
