Schaumburg Yellow Cab

If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would have. We called at 8 am for a cab to pick me and my daughter up at 11:20. She had an appointment at 11:45 2.8 miles away from my home. The driver didn't show up so we called. He said he would be there is 20 minutes and that was at 11:45 when we had to already be there. At 12:15 he STILL didn't show up so I called him and explained the situation. He said I will give you a free ride and I will be there is 20 minutes (again, I had to wait another 20 minutes). He calls me back and says "Where are you?' I said 'Are you at my house?' (No one was outside). I asked him to tell me the address where he was at. He gave me an address in a different town. I don't understand how hard it is to pick someone up at a specific address and take the 3 miles down the road when we requested at 8 am to be picked up at 11:20 am. The driver told me I was stupid and to call another cab company. You bet buddy!! I will NEVER in my LIFE use or attempt to use this company! We still didn't make our appointment!!!!!!!! I am LIVID! NOT DEPENDABLE AT ALL!!!!
