Today we went to the Ashley Furniture Store in Rohnert Park, CA to shop for bedroom and livingroom furniture. We were greeted by a very professional and polite young lady that took care of all of our needs. Its been a very long time since we met a sales person that was genuine, honest, professional, and worked to earn our business and respect. We purchased the top end bedroom set, two recliners, and a 14 piece livingroom set. The final prices were extremely competitive! Jamika was outstanding!

We just purchased a leather recliner and love seat from this store, with the assistance of our exceptional sales rep Thomas. He greeted us at the door, was very friendly and energetic and listened to all of our needs and wants. Within a couple hours of browsing products and negotiating prices, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

I have made 2 purchases from this store and both times I was satisfied with both of the sales associates. I am presently waiting for my new sofa to arrive next Tuesday, and if it anything like my dining set I know I will be satisfied with the product. I will recommend your store to any of my friends that might ask about furnishings.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a bedroom set in October. Promised to have it before thanksgiving. Then promised by Dec 3. Now it is not in stock. Great at taking money but not delivering. I could of ordered this online and had it in 2 days. But 2 1/2 months from ordering in the store and nothing. How can they sell something that they don't have? Aweful aweful experience.

WE BOUGHT A SOFA AND COFFEE TABLE OUR CONTRACT SAID WE WOULD HAVE IT DELIVERED IN 10 DAYS, WE ARE NOW WORKING ON 5 WEEKS! SOMEONE CALLED US FOR A FALSE DELIVERY DATE SO WE GAVE OUR SOFA TO THE GOOD WILL TWO WEEKS IN, SO FOR THREE WEEKS WE HAVE HAD NOTHING TO SIT ON, AND THE STORE NOR CORPORATE CARE.....TWO MANAGERS SAID THEY WOULD CALL US WHEN THEY KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON, NO ONE EVER CALLED! THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED I WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN RID OF MY OLD SOFA, IF THEY HADEN'T CALLED, THEY TOLD ME IN FRONTOF MY DAUGHTER THAT NO-ONE EVER CALLED OUR HOUSE FOR A DELIVERY DATE..... CALLING MY HUSBAND AND I LIARS!



NOT ONLY IS THE STORE IN ROHNERT PARK HAVE DREADFUL SERVICE, BUT SO DOES THIER CORPORATE OFFICE, AND NOW THIER SAYING IF WE WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER WE HAVE TO PAY 30% RESTOCKING FEE, TO ADD INSULT TO THE WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY.



JUST TWO DAYS AGO, WE HAD FOUND OUT FRIENDS OF OURS HAD JUST GONE THROUGH THE SAME THING, AND AFTER WEEKS OF CALLING THEY FINALLY GAVE THEM THE FLOOR MODEL, THEY HAVE YET TO OFFER THIS TO US........



I WOULD SAY TWO THINGS, ONE DON'T BUY FROM ASHLEY OTHER PLACES IN TOWN WILL ORDER SOMETHING IF ITS NOT ON THIER FLOOR AS A MODEL FOR CLOSE TO THE SAME $, AND TWO ASHLEYS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS SO BADLY, NO SALE IS WORTH THE EFFORT THE CUSTOMER HAS TO GO THROUGH TO GET WHAT THEY ALREADY PAID FOR!

I bought a sofa and loveseat from this store about 2 weeks before Christmas. The salesperson and the signs in the store promised delivery by Christmas. It's now Jan 14th and I still don't have my order. Last week the customer service people told me it would be this week, and now they say next week. I'm giving them 7 more days before I cancel the purchase and find a furniture store that cares about it's customers after they take the money.

What a wonderful shopping experience. After spending all day going from furniture store to furniture store in search of a good deal, I was pleased to end up at Ashley Furniture. I walked in, was greeted and then left alone to shop. When I found what I was looking for, Eddie (The sales person) began giving me 15% to 25% off of the furniture without even me asking. I walked out of the store spending far less than I expected for such high quality products. I will be returning for any additional furniture needs. My only regrets were not going to Ashley Furniture first.
