I've had numerous projects from installing a Heat Pump in a new sunroom to installing new under counter lighting and as his slogan goes, "Dewey does it all". I have known Dennis for several years and he is honest, trustworthy and hard working.
Dennis is my go-to person from large to small projects.

Although Dewey was too far away from my residence to warrant an actual call, he was very helpful. He offered to instruct me how to replace a GFCI outlet in a bathroom -- something i would not have attempted without professional help. Dewey was very professional and followed up to make sure the repair was done. I recommend Dewey!

Dennis is very professional, very prompt, and does an excellent job I called him one day at noon and he was at my home the next morning. I highly recommend his services.

After much research, I finally purchased a hard wired home security camera system. As a novice, I began to look for assistance ('fishing' wires, etc.) to install the unit. Electricians can be expensive, so I started looking around and found Dewey's Electrical Service on Home Depot's website, and thought, "why not?" He recently installed a similar item in his own home; quoted a VERY reasonable price and stated that he would install it within two days. He showed up on the EXACT time and date, as promised. It was an all day experience for him - He took the time to double check everything, taking EXTRA time to run wires through a difficult to access enclosed porch AND (after programming the unit) he took the time to explain and show how the system worked. He even called the next day, to see if everything was to my satisfaction or if I had any further questions! I feel very FORTUNATE to have come across Dennis. From my past experiences, most electrical companies would not have taken on such a "minor" project; AND would have charged significantly more. In conclusion, "YES"...I would, most definitely, recommend Dewey's Electrical Service !!!

Dewey electric provided fast professional service. A couple of other contractors refuse to offer a bid after learning Paul Davis Reconstruction quit working on my job. Even after I explained Paul Davis refused to finish the job because I required them to do a good job in a reasonable amount of time. Most of the work PDR had charged (and been paid) was left unfinished. Dewey Electric came in under the other contractors willing to put in a bid. Dennis also provided names of other quality contractors to help finish my job.

Dennis was great! Really is the best in town. Fixed our problem within an hour and everything is backup and running again. Great service! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was/am in need of a licensed electrician to work on the electrical system and pump for my outdoor pool. After reviewing the high ratings for Dewey Electrical Service, I called. The phone rang several times then went to voice mail and a message came on identifying the speaker as Dennis. Dennis stated that he would call me back asap. I never received a call. I called the next day. This time the phone only rang twice and went to voice mail with the same message. I still have not received a call. I can only surmise that Dennis really doesn't want new customers. Greatly disappointed, especially after reading other reviews that gave his company such high reviews.

.......Very professional, polite, and work is very reasonably priced. Dewey came highly recommended by a former co-worker years ago. We have called on him for our electrical ever since. He has resolved several electrical issues we had---rewiring our stove, and replacing our breaker box and several outlets. Most recently, the electrical went out in two of our rooms and he took our call at 10 pm. He showed up the next day and inspected every outlet until he found the problem. Not many will do that! Dewey's Electrical is the ONLY electrical service we will call.
