        Overall

        Worst ever!!! Buyer beware -- they scam you!! They talk you into buying a package, but tell you the day of your appointment that your package expired (long before it actually does)!! Other locations may be better -- but this one (Rogers, MN) is very poorly operated!!



        In addition, this is a franchise -- corporate doesn't care! Unless you can get the actual location to give you the name and address of the owner/operator you will have no luck in getting any action on your complaint!! This particular locaton will not give out this information and when speaking to the manager (Rene), she just said "have a nice day"....what???!!!
