The worst "Customer Service" I have ever encountered. My wife and I moved from another carrier to Metro PCS at the Rogers Walnut location. Within 2 hours of leaving the store, the brand new htc phone we purchased began crashing and after several restarts would not power on any further. We returned it the next day and they told us it would take a week to receive a new one and that they would not credit the account for the days service paid with out service received. They then called the fallowing day to inform us that they have now discovered a dent on the phone (which was not there when we returned it, and even the representative present did not mention or see any damages) and because of this dent we will have to pay the full price of the phone! Metro PCS is a franchise apparently, and the corporation takes no responsibility for each, or any, owner/operator's Customer Service.
