        Overall

        I went in to the new location here in Rockville MD its very nice . The work that was done was a cover up on some old work and it was great work and very affordable. Since then I recommend all my family and friends. My wife had some work done , my cousin , and my granddaughter had her first tat done. We are all pleased with the work and highly recommend Top Dogg Tattoos.

        The owner Reddz did my tattoo. ..I got a nice size tattoo for a decent price, his work is awesome and it didn't take him any time to finish it. I will definitely return
