Terrible service..
I asked several employees for help they gave me a 1 word answer and walked away. I asked for a product and the girl handed it to me and walked away. Another girl I told her I was looking for new facial moisturizer and soap etc she gave me NO suggestions. I'm done with Blue Mercury...I've tried many times to get customers service and always walk out disappointed.

I love this location! The staff is amazing. I think her name is Madison, or Maddie..but she is the best. She has helped me several times and has a great knowledge of the product and is very patient. Any of the staff members really are great at what they do and I have had a pleasant experience each time I have visited. You will NOT be disappointed! I have paid top dollar at plenty of facial salons in the city in the past and I have to say this was hands down one of the best I have had in a long time. Thank you so much and I will most certainly be back.

Just picked up these's two candles ( Nest ) is one of my favorite! candles all time every smell i ever purchase smells sooooo good and. There candles Arnt over powering they have the perfect sent to them!

Staff is unfriendly. some times i acted like I didn't know what I was talking about when I asked about my Nars foundation. She was very condescending. She was wrong and wish I wasn't desperate to buy it, but I did. Won't be returning unless they hire a friendlier staff. Too bad because I live nearby. I'll take my business elsewhere. but these's are some of my favorite goodies!
