I did call somewhat last minute for window cleaning thinking the rush was over. Wrong. Monique, the owner told me she was scheduled out a few weeks due to a new launch of a coupon. I was disappointed that I had missed my chance. I thought about it and called her back to at least ask if she could re-arrange and accommodate for this important occasion, and that I was a repeat customer, and paying for the full service (no coupon). She said she would look at the schedule and call me back. She did and was able to arrange the cleaning the day before the event. I wanted the full service (windows, screens and tracks) and they were here for over 3 hours! We have a small one story house. GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS!!!!!! We (husband, mom and I), could not figure out why they looked sooooo gooood and then realized that last year we only received window cleaning. The screens were filthy and cleaning them made the difference. My caterer was here during that time and made a comment on how hard they worked and how good the windows looked that she asked me who they were. So did my daughter. They will be receiving calls for cleaning and I will be using them twice a year--once for just windows and the other for the whole shebang, and any furniture cleaning. They also clean tile and my whole house is tile, so My Dad's Cleaning Service will have my business too. Thanks again!
