Nails from the heart is under new management as of 2018!! Penny, the shop owner, does phenomenal work and i always leave satisfied. She is always updating her equipment and making sure she has the newest trends available! I won't go anywhere else now

I'm very happy my nail ,because she do very good job and last longer,her shop very clean.I will come back

The only thing worse than the horrible set of nails I got, was the appallingly rude treatment I received from the sole employee/owner. She clipped the nails after they were glued on and never measured one hand against the other but I figured she would do it eventually - she didn't. When she filed them and asked me if they were OK, I thought she was kidding me. They were all different sizes and several sloped upwards on one side. When I asked her to straighten them, she sucked her teeth and sighed loudly - like I was imposing on her! I had to ask her a couple of times to fix them. Then she said to me that it was MY fault because my fingers were crooked! CROOKED! WTH??? There's nothing wrong with my fingers! Some of the nails weren't wide enough and my own fingernails stuck out on the sides, which she never filed down. When she put the French paint on them, they looked ridiculous - crooked on the sides, they looked a second grader had done them. She knew I was upset and when I said I really am not happy with these - she actually started yelling at me! I told her not to raise her voice to me! I have never, ever, been treated so rudely by someone like that - for what? Because I expected to receive what I was paying for??? I told her I wanted my money back because I was going to have to go to another shop to fix what she had just done. She said to me: I know your type! You just want to get free nails! ... Take my word for it, if I was going to pull a scam like that, I definitely would not have gone to a place where my nails ended up looking like a second grader in arts and crafts class had done them! She refused to refund my money and said the only way she would do it was if I let her cut the ends off of all the nails! During this whole thing, her husband was sitting there watching TV, talking and making comments about what was on the news. I showed him the nails and asked what he thought - and all of a sudden - he didn't speak English anymore! I would never, ever, recommend this incompetent rip-off artist to anyone unless, of course, you want to get a set of joke nails for Halloween. How they're still in business I don't know. I went next door to the tanning salon afterwards and the girl in there told me she pulled the same thing on her - got mad at her because she said the nails were sloping upwards on the ends - she told her that her fingers were crooked, too! Abominable service. I hope they go out of business soon! I ended up going directly to another salon and had to pay an additional $17 to fix my nails! The person who fixed my nails said to keep a close eye out for fungal infection because of the way they were put on. Here are some pictures taken in my car right outside the salon - judge for yourself. Unfortunately, some are a little blurry, but you can see how they're all crooked on the sides and how my own nail is sticking out on the sides. Plus you can see the vary heights and two nails even have a valley in them!

I do plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and she can expect that I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card.
