Mulford Park Apartments

I lived there for nearly 4 years we had drug dealers across the hall teens smoking weed in the hallway outside of our apartment all the time there would be black people outside screaming at 3 in the morning the apartments wouldn't do a thing about any of it... There are also stricked rules about the parking lot like you have to move to a certain side when it snows one day I was late by less than 5 minutes my car got towed but there were cars that didn't pay to park there and were in the visitors parking spots for months that didn't get towed there's always people who would stop me and my 4 year old son asking if we wanted to buy weed it's a pathedic place sad really... And the people running the apartment know about this stuff and do nothing to help the people who pay rent and just want answers as to why people are aloud to blatantly break the rules and nothing happens but then they will sure tow your car and charge you for it I and 2 of the for years our washer was broke and leaking into the floor we told a maintanance about it he said o o well

Many people are drawn away because its down from the section 8 but this complex is quiet and the people who live here are so kind. The matenaince is always on top of things as soon as u call or as soon as they can. The apartments themselves are nice too. The only thing that is a downer for my family is the park, so called, has barely nothing. Some sand and a slide too high for kids to play on safetly. And the baby swings are always broke. But other than that i love them.
