Regal Manchester Stadium 14

Today me and my family went to regal Manchester theater. The very first time in rock hill . our experience was awful . The theater was freaking nasty it was not checked inbeteren and was not gone be checked until i said something The seats were wet, floors were nasty ,seats had chip bags crumbs All in them and on top of that just about all the cup holders had trash or a cup in it.
I went to the concession stand and ask for a Manger I let them know it was filthy inside. Manger She ask me what movie I said Color purple a d she said it start @ 6 10pm I said it's 6:05 when are Ayala going to clean half rhe theater is full of people .

She herself comes in and came to sweep on top of others.

I kindly said ma'am how you gone do that in the dark on top of everyone ..
We went back and fourth then she finally ask everyone to step out, so her team can clean. Besides the part you seating in the office. Make sure your team and your shift is doing what they suppose to do regardless if it's short staff no excuses. Open only 3 movie rooms to make it convenient on both ends I'm just saying.

We all walked back in at 6;24pm.. and it was still nasty cup holders still filled with trash and cups The only thing that was done was pop corn 🍿 swept off the floor ..

Solution from manager was free movie pass after the movie for others to forget . I want my free pass and the other 7 ppl I was with. Horrible experience I didn't even enjoy the movie.
I'm telling Oprah Winfrey about this ish.

Terrible customer service. It started with a rude and abrasive ticket agent to other staff having no idea where I could get the 3D glasses I needed (and paid to use) to see the particular movie I went to see. I watched without them. It is understaffed and the movie previews preceding the movie are too many and too long. They seemed to last 30-45 minutes.

Great theatre ~ clean just like all regal. Check it out!

My experience at this theater was the usual good quality movie experience. Regal Cinemas are essentially the same anywhere and this theater is no exception. I just wanted to post this so that every other loyal Regal customer knows that this theater is as good as any other.
