Xpressway Taxi

I called just under an hour before I had to be at an important appointment. This company told me they would be at my house to pick me up in 10 to 15 minutes. After 30 minutes passed I attempted to call back. They did not answer my call. I continued to call repeatedly until I got an answer. They said they came and no one was there. That is not the case because I was outside waiting. They said they will send the driver back in 5 minutes and the first time he went to the wrong street. At this point I'm on the verge of being late. Another 20 minutes pass with no cab. I proceed to call again, I asked if the cab is coming or not since I was already late at this moment. They said any second. I wait another 20 minutes... guess what... NO CAB. Now I missed a very important court appointed appointment due to this company. I am very displeased. I will never call this company again.
