We had our first experience at NAS, and after searching every granite store in Rochester, NAS is the absolute BEST! Every person is professional and honest. We worked with Sam Julian who was patient and offered great advice. We selected granite slabs that had fissures in them from one of NAS's local purveyors, and NAS rejected them. When we couldn't find other slabs, Sam continued to work with us to find the right slabs. NAS fabricates, takes out the old slabs, installs a cooktop if you have such, are cautious about the cupboards so nothing gets scratched, they clean up after the installation, and make sure everything is perfect before leaving. I could write volumes about our wonderful experience, but the summary gives you an idea just how great NAS is.

These people are amazing! This was our 2nd project with NAS & it could not have been a better experience. 5+ stars for selection, interpersonal interactions, installation, and competitive pricing. Only downside...I don't have another project!!!!

buying a counter top takes time and effort. they have many full size slabs in the basement and many more remnants outside. They will give good sized samples to take home.
They do their own measuring at your site and transfer it to the cutting table computer.
Fantastic price. Great installers.
Nobody in Rochester I visited compares.

Go all over town and check all the other granite countertop retailers, I did! I would recommend saving this one for last because it will undoubtedly be your last stop. The owner and staff here are all exceptional people, very knowledgeable and they know their trade very well. I left there after my first visit very impressed.



After going to Homearama this past year and seeing their name on every counter top that caught my eye, I knew I had to visit these guys again. I was looking for a particular type of exotic granite and these guys were able to bring in a few slabs for me to look at. I was offered a very competitive and fair price for the job.



I have to say, I have never once regretted my decision. These guys took their time and made many custom alterations to make the job look 100% perfect! My friends and family love the work they did, it certainly dressed up and stepped up my kitchen a few notches.



I recommend North American Stone 100%. Honest, Knowledgeable, Punctual to deadlines, and just great people!
