Dr. Jose E. Lopez is a native of Malaga, Spain. He earned his degree in medicine and surgery from the University of Malaga in 1988. His post-graduate training was completed in Emergency Medicine at the Andalusian Health Service in Spain, in Family Medicine at Princess Diana of Wales Hospital in England, and in Internal Medicine at the Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York.

He currently practices Internal Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine in Rochester, New York. Within his Internal Medicine practice, he offers his patients care in treating acute and chronic illnesses and common health problems, as well as performing minor surgical procedures. His goal is to provide you with high-quality health care, in addition to taking a more holistic approach to your wellness. Face Lift
For many patients, the biggest advantage of having a thread lift rather than a facelift is the greatly reduced recovery time associated with thread lifts. When a patient has facelift surgery, he or she must be heavily sedated; as such, the patient must arrange for someone to drive him or her home from the hospital. Most facelift patients also require around the clock assistance from a caretaker for at least three days after they have surgery. Furthermore, if the patient still has children at home, childcare aid may also be needed. Facelift patients usually need to take one to two weeks off of work, too, in order to heal.
