Lady Be Fit Express offers women a comfortable gym atmosphere with owner on site. Orientation to fitness studio as well as unlimited ongoing guidance. Training provided on all equipment, fitness evaluation offered (weight, measurement, body fat, hydration levels.) Daughters may accompany their mom's for a nominal fee. Child area available for your younger one's. Lady Be Fit also offers Isagenix Body Cleansing and Fat Burning system, Multi-Pure water purification Systems and Melaleuca Wellness products to help you achieve your potential for your wellness and the health of your family. A variety of classes are offered such as Yoga, Zumba, Hooping, etc. Seminars on various health topics are held periodically to further enhance your quest to be fit and healthy!
