Best car rental place in Rochester airport.....my flight was delayed due to bad weather and i was unable to get to the airport and they didnt charge for the extra time i had the car....always friendly helpful staff and my vehicle of choice is always ready!!!

Long line at counter with only one person working. Preferred customer line not open. Took 15 minutes until second person came to help.

Extremely efficient customer support staff and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very courteous.

The staff were efficient and I loved the Malibu!
