Checker Cab

this company doesnt even deserve one star, they have never been on time for my wifes medical rides. she calls to find out where they are and is told "be there in 20 minutes." she makes the same call multiple time with the same answer everytime and hen they show up over an hour late when its too late to make her appointment.They are also very rude on the phone and will yell at you when simply ask them where your cab is, the lady who is "the manager" according to her, refuses to help, and will again yell and hang up on you when you ask why they are late, and ask what they will do to make it right. we just found out that we can tell medicaid not to schedule medical rides with them, so we will never be doing business with them again. They are begging to go out of business, and most absolutely should.

I've used them every Wednesday for over a month at the same place and same time each pick up with over 12 hour notice and they weren't on time once. Every time I would call and ask where they where the dispatcher would say " he said he will be there in two minutes". 10 minutes later I'd get a call asking where I was saying the cab was there, except I was there and the cab wasn't. Then the cab would roll around the parking lot to get another 50 cents on the meter to take an extra dollar. They suck. Might as well take the bus and be late for free rarer than late for 20 bucks.
