Action Auto Parts

I recently came in to buy an intermediate shaft which had been the wrong part for my vehicle went back to get another part rack and pinion again wrong part for my vehicle both not their fault but the guy refused to give me money back for a part that had never even been used what so ever still in the paper they gave it to me in and everything I think that is a very difficult situation for someone to have to go through with the holidays around the corner this is not a pitty story but I’m a single parent as it is trying to make ends meet so for u to bluntly tell I can’t get any money back and all I can get is store credit I’m highly upset think about if u couldn’t wake up an see a kid smile or be able to provide for a kid you guys should be more understanding and open to certain situations and circumstances ❗️

I've finally found my aluminum wheels for my car. I've looked everywhere for them even in magazines but they didn't have them. Even went to that city place they were horrible to me treated me like garbage. When I went to Action I saw A very nice lady named Julie and then she sent me to Don he dose wheels. Don and Julie got me the set of wheels I needed for a GREAT price and had great costumer service. My advice would be don't go to that city place go to Action

I called back today after calling last week for a part. Never got a return call as promised from "A". I originally talked to one girl "A" but got a different one today "J". The new parts rep "J" was rude and first gave me bad info on the part, then said she didn't really know the supplier and would not be able to help me. She "J" complained that a worker had done nothing but work on a radiator all morning. I asked to talk to the first rep "A" I talked to last week. "A" was more professional but I heard in the background the other rep "J" say to her about me "THE PART HAS TO BE PERFECT" to the woman I was on the phone with. I never asked for a "perfect" part but rather what the condition was, I think this is why "J" blew me off for the order. Anyway, I called a Chicago company and ordered my part. I will NEVER do BUSINESS with ACTION AUTO.

The lady who helped me was very kind and the part i received works very well.

This store has had my business for a long time. I am a commercial shop. Almost every part they have sold me has been junk. They have crappy customer service and will just sell any part even if it is not the right one just to make a sale......with their no return policy. The only reason why i have returned for business is that they are down the street from me. My business has ended with them because of their way they do business. I highly do not reccomend this place of business.
