Accel Care

Stay away from this place. It is a total fraud. I went there in May this year for an indigestion problem. But the doctor insisted I had a heart problem and wanted to send me to strong hospital's emergency room in an ambulance, with nurses standing by, ready to put me on a stretch with IV drip and the whole 9 yards. I knew what he was doing, He wanted to make this visit as expensive as possible so he can turn a few hundred dollars bill into thousands. The good thing was I knew I didn't have heart

problem or I would have fallen for his scare tactic. He said if I didn't go right now I may die in the next few minutes. I walked out of that place in disgust, without getting any help. Yet they still charged my insurance $650, for doing nothing. I would have given it 0 star if it allowed me. Stay way from this dishonest place.

The building is clean, but the wait was over hour and a half, followed by further waiting once inside. Nursing/medical assistant was nice, however the physician was very arguimentative, rude and acted in an unprofessional manner.



The other thing I have noticed is that the actual medical care provided was sub-standard for a straightforward medical visit. I myself am a physician and found this visit very distressing.



I would not advise any of my friends or family to use the facility and will not return to this facility again.

It's a nice facility and the staff were very kind, efficient, and overall quite good. I was in and out quickly, and received attentive care. I definitely recommend this location.

Fabulous!! Great staff & the doctor was A+++. For an urgent care center, very well-run & efficient. Location awesome too.
