If I could leave no stars I would but the one star represents the fact this is a new facility and "looks" like it would be a great place for rehab!
But....BEWARE AND BE WARNED!
I urge all who seek rehab to find another place for therapy and avoid a possible life threatening experience at this rehab.
My mother was here early in 2018 and I can honestly say I've never seen a care facility of any kind in such a complete disorganized disaster!
Just to name a few of the horrors that happen here during my mother's stay included; Meds not given on time, UNQUALIFIED or lack of registered nurses, therapists, and supervisors!
The long list of supervisors you are given in the arrival packet who are supposed to assist will never return your call when you leave them messages, even the staff speak poorly of the whole operation there.
No notes are entered or shared between shift nurses, CNA's, or supervisors. So no one knows what is happening from one shift to the next! Some of the few night nurses come there to sleep because they can get away with it on night shift!
When a patient has a doctor's appointment or outside appointment, they don't even have a way to keep track of who will need transport and the transport will have to be notified 2 days in advance. The patients are not assisted in getting to the transport or getting dressed and made ready for transport if needed and if that happens the patient is left behind or made to find other transport. There is a void in communication between hospital, doctors, and family members as to what the patient requires during their stay. Lack of communication is present in every aspect of this facility!
To the staff at this rehab, you are just another family member who has found out to your horror, that you have just placed your loved one in the worst rehab possible!
