Sprint

After being on the phone with customer service for hours and two Sprint stores later, I found Total performance Communications by mistake and what a great find it was! I was driving to the third Sprint store after the first two stores representatives couldn't resolve nor had answers to my problems; Total Performance did solve all of my problems and more. I walked in there frustrated and annoyed and walked out smiling and laughing after my phone being fixed. The guy's name who fixed all my phone problems I was having is Cliff and the customer service I received from him was outstanding. Unlike the service I received from the kids at Norwalk or the store in Stamford who weren't knowledgeable about what they were doing, Cliff listened to what my problems were and educated me on certain things I didn't know about my phone. They treat their customers more as friends and if you need a laugh and want great customer service this is the right place to be!

They are highly recommended for their concern for the customer and knowledge of their phones and plans. GREAT FIND!!!!
