West Coast Door Masters Inc.

These guys are great. I have a clothing business in Orange County. I've been trying to avoid calling a company out to repair my automatic doors, but I finally had to do it. The doors do not close properly and they make an awful noise . Also, the bottom of of one door is making contact with the concrete as it attempts to close.
I called 3 door companies and decided to go with West Coast Door Masters. The person that answered the phone, I think her name was Karen, was so friendly and helpful.When I described the problem, she knew exactly what I was talking about. She told me that she could send out their technician to take a look at my door problem. She asked "how soon do you need service?". I said "yesterday". She quickly said, "well, we can't be there yesterday, but we can be there today, how would that work for you?" I laughed and said "Great!"
The technician arrived, inspected the doors, showed me why they weren't closing properly, what was causing the noise,how he would fix the door scraping on the concrete and gave me a quote. He was polite and very professional in the way he communicated with me.
Once he started working on my doors, I couldn't help but notice that he cleaned up the area that he was working on so that any Customers coming in or leaving the store, would not be inconvenienced. He never created a safety hazard for them. The other thing I noticed was that he even gave a cheerful hello to some of the Customers as they entered my store. I was impressed.
The doors got repaired and are working great, just like new!
