Verizon

This is a fraud and dishonest business. The manager, Jordan, is deceptive and "intentionally" forgot to return my cell phone back to Verizon.com and resulted $300 charge against me. What is worse, this fraud guy, Jordan, did not give me any clear explanation and no apologies for his deceptive behavior. I believe that he stole my cell phone intentionally. This is a bad store with deceptive staff worker.

These stores are all frauds and are deceptive to all consumers. The employees do not know what they are doing and do not provide the best solutions for plan changes...only provide solutions that cost you a lot of money down the road. My wife had to change her plan since when she first went into the store they put her on a share plan that would cost us hundreds more than if he just cancelled her original plan and singed up for a new one. When she went back to change it because of the mistake, it was changed and one of her share plan was cancelled for a fee. Now they just sent us to collections because they want the money for the phone $450 because it's written in the contract and it was their mistake. My wife was allowed to leave the store and with no payment of this amount requested and no bill ever sent to our house. Stay away far far away these stores are a fraud. Filing complaints to every state consumer agency imaginable PUC, Attorney General, Department of Consumer Affairs, etc. etc. to get these guys out of business.
