Hertz

This is not a Hertz rental location. Do not do business with Hertz. The number and address listed are for Riverside Premium Flight Services, and if you don't have business at the Riverside Airport they will not be able to assist you. Time and time again I have requested that they take this information off the website but after literally years of being promised that the problem would be rectified, nothing has happened. I have done business with Hertz in the past at other locations and have been satisfied, but whoever is running the Riverside branch is a complete and total moron, a person who has zero understanding of what customer service should be. If you are in Riverside and can't avoid using Hertz, contact the branch on Indiana @ 951/687-2357. When you talk to them please let them know that the information on the website is wrong. If you don't like dealing with incompetent people, I would recommend trying the local Enterprise branch at 951/710-5125. They are located on Van Buren. I have been doing business with them for years and they have never let me down.
