I would not recommend this flower shop to anyone, our company all pitched in to send flowers to our bosses daughter who was injured and this flower shop sent her a smaller and skimpier arrangement not what we all picked out on the internet after several calls and complaints later they sent her another arrangement still not what we originally ordered and they took back the original arrangement when they said they would not... very unprofessional would not recommend this shop to any of our clients or business associates...very disappointed!!

I love Angelica's because they are so friendly and want to give the best possible service. Once I ordered a bouquet from Angelica's then when I went to the event and saw my bouquet from Angelica's next to all the others, I was so proud because mine was much nicer than the others. And we had all spent about the same amount. I always know I'll get the best flowers from Angelica's.

I was very impressed with the very quaint flower shop. It was very enjoyable and intrigueing. You see alot of unique items that you do not see anywhere else. There tends to be a pride of ownership and I was impressed by the old fashioned service that Karen gave me. She was very patient with me and spent time with me to make sure that I was 100% happy with my flower arrangements. The flower arrangements were not a disappointment. They did an excellent job!

In conclusion, I was very pleased with the service, the uniqueness of the shops gifts and plants that they sell, and the patient old fashioned service. If you are a person who expects good service without the headaches you should try this flower shop. I have high expectations from people and this Flower shop did a great job. I was really impressed, and you will be too!

I've been using Angelica's for my business for awhile, and have been happy.

I decided to use them for personal and send my sister an arrangement for her birthday as I was out of time and wanted to be there on her day. The flowers did not arrive and I called Angelica's and they said sorry and would be sure they delivered that next day within a couple hours. They still never arrived. I understand that it was an FTD but they never even followed up on the order even after my dissapointment of the flowers not arriving on her birthday. They said they were sorry and would refund my money, but that didn't make up for my sister having nothing on her birthday.

The staff at Angelica's Florist was very professional and helpful with my order. They advised me on my choice and the recipient was delighted! I would most certainly use them again and again.
