After completing a non-disclosure agreement and forwarding product data for review and quotation, this company suddenly disengaged and ceased communication without any warning regarding a project I wanted to use its service for. It left me very puzzled and frustrated, particularly since my communication with the general manager was very professional up to this point. I sensed that they are not very interested in supporting new businesses.
