        3 & 1 Construction LLC is owned by Daniel P. Boone and the company was founded in 2016.Construction was always a passion of Daniel's before establishing his business. He worked remodeling homes for years before ultimately deciding construction needed to be his full-time job. He left a comfortable job to take a leap of faith and begin a new career.
