As a truck driver picking up loads of aluminum at the 823 loading dock i am trying to figure out why the loading crew break schedule says 9:00 to 9:15 then from 11:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 14:15. How is it that the loading crew,s fist break goes from 8:50 to 9:35 the lunch break goes from 11:20 to 12:20 and the last break goes from 1:50 to almost 2:40. The drivers are left waiting around until someone comes to the driver check in window for no reason when there is no excuse.
