Better Sleep Center

10-26-16 - I got a message to call the sleep center. Joe left the message. When I called Joe set me up for followup 11/28/16, when I asked for info on Oximetry Test he did not even check the records it was just "They will go over those results when you come in on the 28th" ... how are they going to go over results for a test that has not been done? I call and speak with CO Andrew, the transfers me to Andrew John? He did not want to have to deal with me either, he states he is the one who made arrangements to get my CPAP through HME. He says he is going to send out Oximetry today. Why does not one go over this with me first? IF I do not buy my CPAP through this center then I am not worth dealing with on the phone? ... Joe did not even check records, he was just going to blow me off with "They will go over those results with you on the 28th when you come in".

At first my experience with the Rio Rancho Sleep Center was very good. I did my sleep study and found the technicians and doctors helpful and knowledgeable. My problem has been with their customer service and communication. A few months ago my insurance was changing so I called to get supplies ordered before this happened because I wasn't sure if they accepted my new insurance. When I called the person I spoke to said they would get my order in right away no problem, I should receive it shortly. I waited 2 weeks and had not received my order. I called to find out what was going on and come to find out, the order was never placed! Now my insurance had changed and they do not accept my new insurance. I also had issues with getting new supplies in the mean time as I switch to a different provider. There is no follow through and communication. They say someone will call you back, but no one ever does. This office is very unorganized and unprofessional. Look elsewhere!
