Family Dollar

This Family Dollar has some kind of scam going on with their prepaid cell phones and cards for them. I bought a phone and told the 2 Caucasian women associates that I'm going to activate it inside first before I leave with it because if it doesn't work I'll return it, one of the women even let me use her phone to text my verizon pin to a 5 digit numner , and now it doesnt even work like someone used it, probably her since it was still on her phone when she left rapidly, so when it didn't work after typing in the serial number the lady started counting down her drawer so she could hurry up and leave , one of the associates left immediately but was waiting outside in her car, because when I told them I wanted to return it because it's not working like I told them from the beginning, they changed their story and then said they don't return phones when they both had just said I could if it didn't work. So a new associate who just clocked in called the so called manager and that's when the first lady that left came back in I guess they got scared when I said I was going to call the cops. They are truly ridiculous and pathetic excuses for humans trying to take customers money who buy cell phones which they probably really need if they are actually buying a phone from them. Never buy a phone or any electronics from here you will regret it I'm positive. SMH
