When searching for an Estate auctioneer, I found out that a normal house does not rate enough for them to come out. However with Danny no job is too small or big. This was a very BIG job of small items. He gave me an estimate and was even willing to remove and dispose of the carpet. He literally rescued us from all this entailed. He asked about things to be left. Made a list and made sure the crew left all those things for the next owners. He and his whole crew were very nice to all the people of the neighbor hood that kept popping in to see what they were doing. Being that this is a tight knit HOA, that was extremely helpful keeping all the neighbors happy. These people are the answer for anyone trying to clear a place out that is just an ordinary house. Thank you for all the hard work of every crew member, and the kindness and respect you all showed. They keep you posted on everything and even send pictures. They are honest, professional, and a very hard working group.
