We help people get back to the business of living their lives a little bit better through targeted therapeutic massage sessions and programs. Part science, part magic. Massage research is a burgeoning field and our team uses current research to guide our practice. However, a lot is still to be learned about how it all works, so that part still gets to be magic! We believe that massage can enhance almost anyone’s wellness– whether it be a little splurge for a special occasion, medically indicated, or anything in between.

Representing mindful, skillful Richmond massage therapists in the greater Richmond area. Since graduating from the American Institute of Massage in 2007, Kristina has taken additional coursework in Differential Assessment, Myofascial Massage, and Neck, Shoulder, & Hip Techniques. She is Board Certified through the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) and state certified with the Virginia Board of Nursing. She is currently serving a term as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association.
