Auto Glass Now

Total disregard for clean up, old windshield debris all over the dash, finger prints on both windshield post and door panels. floor board covered in dirty foot prints. If this does'nt bother you then its your kind of shop. I won't be back or recommend.

Absolutely horrible service! They dented the trim as well as the molding and I didn't notice until a few weeks later. I brought it back and the guy completely denied it was them, stating that it was already like that prior to him working on it. Of course if that was the case he should have told me that when he was working on it. They made me go to 3 different places to get an estimate. By law, they are required to pay for the damages at any auto body shop that I choose. Once I got all of the estimates they told me it would take weeks to process and get payment situated. I waited 2 weeks for them to get approval to cover the damages. Meanwhile, no one kept in touch with me. I called them several times. I even emailed the "corporate" email and got no response. The same technician who damaged my car tried fixing the molding on the opposite side and pulled up the side they had just paid to replace! I requested to have a manger call me several times and never got a phone call.

I just called them, and they are $80 cheaper than their closest competitor (Ace) with a lifetime warranty in Midlothian. I've used them 4 times in the past and their prices are outstanding, so fast and their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. This is my 5th windshield, customer for life.

I went in late in the afternoon and they still got my vehicle in right away. It only took an hour and the price was very good. The installer was very friendly and helpful. Very good service.

My windshield was cracked and I called Glass Masters. The only day I could get it done was on Saturday and they took care of my car. They also gave me a great price. I will be taking my other car to them shortly.
