Old Richmond Taxi 133

I called an Old Richmond cab about half an hour before i had to be at work this morning, the dispatcher was polite and said the cab would arrive in 15-20 minutes which would've made me on time. 10 minutes AFTER i was supposed to be at work, they still weren't there so i called again, she said he'd be on his way and would be there in less than 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that, the dude finally showed up. I was 40 minutes late for work thanks to Old Richmond. Definitely going with Depot taxi next time.

Old Richmond was sold to new owners and they are on, time cars are clean and drivers are very nice. They are still open 24/7

My whole experience with this business was incredibly incompetent. The service was not done in a professional manner, and the transport was less then acceptable. If you have to take this taxi, don't.

First the taxi took almost 30 minutes to get to us. But was supposedly the only van they had. The driver was smoking in the van with my little kids in the car. It smelled of throw up in the van. Terrible "only option". I would give no stars if possible.

Just called and who u have answering your phone need to be custermer friendly she is not. Very very rude still don't know if she is even going to send cab very bad custermer service

Really they outlawed smoking in bars where people party and know he game, but taxi cab drivers can smoke while picking up and dropping off customers including children. And don't let me get started on the receptionist. I f I could I wouldn't give them any stars.

I have called a few times and everyone I do it's the same fellow and he is always rude and short with me. He makes it seem like it's an inconvenience to do his job! Of there were another option I'd be happy to take it!

Was late picking me up and tried to make it my fault. not what you call good customer service. ..

Was 5 minutes late for the taxi and the driver left. And was told I had to pay double next time I called. Not pleased at all.

i had to get ride from shopping center area to friend fellowship comm where i had locked my keys in my car, when visiting my dad there earlier in day..... they were timely(even a vbit early), promised 20 mins cost 7.00, and well worth the money..unlike other cab company's, this cab had working rear seatbelts, which was peace of mind for me and my 5 yr old.All in all a very well. professionally run business. lisa perales richmond
