        The service from their lead technician, Fatmir, for relocating my fire pit was outstanding. True customer service from this gentleman and as professional as they come.

        This is probably the worst business in Richland. While the service guys are very good, the owner and office staff are the pits. I will never step inside the doors of this business again.

        Overall

        This was a great place to get my firepit. I was helped right away when I walked int he door and they were very patient with me. I ended up purchasing one of their pre-made firepit's and have enjoyed spending afternoons watching my fire outside.
