Richland Hills City Animal Service

We have adopted 2 cats over the last 4 years at this shelter. Both cats are wonderful. Yesterday, we adopted a girl Tabby named Tina. She is so loving. The staff is so great. Very caring for all the animals. We have visited several animal shelters for years. This is the first one that the staff really care about the animals. It's not just a job. Very loving people.
