Salon Evolution

This is the worst salon ever to hit Rexburg. Poor Service and very poor costumer service. I went there to get hair extensions. I don't think Kevin had a clue how to do them. At fist we started with beading them in....he didn't know how to bead and ended up cutting the beads out of my hair because he could not get them out. He tried to google how to do the hair extensions. He had another styles braid my hair and sew them in....only to fall out 30 mins later....So at the second attempt the put elastics in my hair to hold them in. The next day they fell out again. After paying a lot of money to get these done at this salon....that had no idea what they were doing.....They offered no refund or apology for their poor service. I went around and show my hair to other salons that said this was an "absolute fail" I will end up taking them to court along with filing a complaint with the board of Cosmetology and the better business Bureau. You shouldn't provide a crappy service and keep peoples money!! Totally DISHONEST!!!
